If you are at the Court for an application for a domestic violence order, then you may have access to a safe room. Some courts safe rooms available for aggrieved parties (the person who has had violence against them) and female respondents (the person who has committed domestic violence). You should ask someone who works at the registry about that as soon as you arrive at the courthouse so they can tell you where to go.
