You can bring your children with you when you come to Court if you are not able to make other arrangements for their care. Children are allowed to come into the courtroom. But please remember that sometimes the things that are spoken about in Court can be graphic or upsetting. Also, the Court may be very busy and crowded. There can be long waiting times. Even when the Court is crowded, it is still important that people in the courtroom remain quiet while they are waiting.
