Most of the time, Courts are open to the public. This means that any member of the public can come into the Court while a case is being heard. Sometimes the Court is closed, so that only people who are involved in the case being heard are allowed to be there. This is because of the type of case that is being heard. That is a legal requirement. When the Court is closed, you will not be able to enter the courtroom until the Court is ready to hear your case.
